SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All of our items are handmade to order in Peru. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment before it leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer two domestic shipping options at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after dispatch.

    • 0–5 lbs: $4.90
    • 5–70 lbs: $19.90

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after dispatch.

    • 0–1 lb: $6.90
    • 1–5 lbs: $9.90

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and package weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • USPS International: 7–21 business days after dispatch
  • DHL Express: 2–5 business days after dispatch

We currently ship internationally to: UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control these fees.
